Skin Patch
The contraceptive patch or Evra, as some people know it, is a self-adhesive patch that is thin, flexible and coloured beige or light pink. You can stick it on any clean, dry, non-hairy area of skin except the breast area. Each patch lasts a week wherein you have to replace it with another patch. You do this for two more weeks then you get a week’s break. So in a month you are going to consume about three patches, one for every week.

Skin patch contraceptive
The procedure is a bit similar to the Pill where you keep taking it for three weeks then have a one week break then take the pills again. The patch also releases two hormones just like the Pill, which stops you from getting pregnant with the same effects that the Pill has.
