Outercourse

Outercourse is what you might call first, second base or third base as long as it does not reach the home run (if you catch my drift). This refers to types of sexual intimacy which do not involve actual sexual intercourse or the penis entering the vagina. It involves holding hands, hugging, kissing, petting, fondling and mutual masturbation.

Outercourse just like abstinence requires a lot of discipline! You must be very disciplined and exercise self-control in order not to go to far or making things to heated up that you go for the home run. You and your partner must be committed to this method. Both of you must know and agree on your limitations so as not to stray from going overboard.
