Morality of Sex Education

There is a close tie between morality and sex education as both have always come hand in hand together from the very first time the notion was conceptualized until the present that it is already widely recognized. Although both have close ties, there are instances that they will clash. This is especially so when the topic of artificial methods of birth control comes into the issue. Pro-life moralists have no problem with the natural method of birth control and some would consent to it as it is part of life, but they abhor and would always oppose the artificial method.

Their contention is that using the artificial method is in fact preventing life to be produced. This issue is also closely related to abortion in that the contention of those in favour of the artificial methods of birth control is substantially the same in that a woman has the right to control her own body, which includes taking contraceptives or aborting an unwanted baby. Till now, the issues between the two factions remain unsettled.
